Become a DPD Customer

DPD sells to wholesalers, kitchen and bath dealers, hardware stores, and tile and cabinet shops. We do not sell to plumbers, contractors, designers, architects or homeowners. We have an excellent Dealer Locator program, which enables these individuals to find either a source near them or an e-commerce site. We also have a FAQ (frequently asked questions) page that will assist anyone with product questions.

All DPD customers with open accounts have access to our Web Order Entry program. This allows them 24-hour per day access to check inventory, pricing, and account status, as well as place orders.

To become a DPD customer, simply print out the credit application and product questionnaire; then FAX it to (510) 580-3040. You will be put into our system and can immediately purchase on a COD basis until your account has been approved by our credit department.
